Fire pit and music

On the lawn there's a stone ring for fires under the stars. The finca has hosted gatherings with local musicians in the past; ask us whether anything is planned during your visit.

Nights in the countryside are cool and dark, perfect for a fire. The stone ring on the lawn gathers guests from all over around the same flame. There's no set programme: some nights it's lit, some nights it isn't, depending on the weather and who's around.

The fire

Ask us whether the fire pit can be used that evening and follow the team's instructions: never make a fire outside the stone ring.

Bring a sweater or jacket; Salento nights get chilly.

Music and gatherings

The house loves a gathering. Past activity: on 2 December 2023 we hosted Barranquero Fest, a day of live music with singer-songwriters from the region.

There's no concert calendar. If something happens during your stay, we'll let you know; and if you play an instrument, bring it.

Respecting rest

This is a calm finca, not a party hostel. Around the fire people talk and sing, with those already asleep in mind.

What we don't promise

  • There isn't a fire or music every night.
  • We don't publish a concert or events calendar.
  • Barranquero Fest was a past event, not a confirmed annual one.
