Meditation, yoga and slowing down

The gardens and lawn have room to stretch, meditate or do yoga at your own pace. If you'd like a guided session, ask us whether one is possible during your visit.

Breathe. Nobody's in a hurry here.

All experiences
  • At the finca
  • Ask about availability

The finca has outdoor spaces for yoga, meditation, stretching or simply breathing mountain air. Practice is free and self-guided: roll out your mat wherever the grass is dry, look out over the valley and stay as long as you like.

Where to practise

The lawn, the garden at dusk, or the covered terrace when it rains. Early mornings are quietest; late afternoon has the best light.

If you have a mat, bring it. If not, ask us.

Guided sessions

We don't have scheduled classes or a resident instructor. In the past there were guided meditations as part of one-off gatherings; if that's what you're after, message us and we'll tell you whether anything fits your dates.

What we don't promise

  • There's no resident yoga instructor or daily classes.
  • Guided sessions on your dates aren't guaranteed.
  • We make no health or healing promises.
